Dar El Wardieh Takes Over Dar Bistro’s Old Home

Many of us were saddened when we heard of the iconic Dar Bistro & Books shutting down; the space had long celebrated books, good wine, and photography, with their quaint garden being an oasis in the city.

Today, a new spot by the name “Dar el Wardieh” (in reference to the Wardieh area wherein the space lies) has opened up and is ready to serve you.



With muted pastel chairs and the same outdoor garden we know and love, Dar el Wardieh has kept the spirit of Dar Bistro alive.



The cafe and bar also has a conference room where you can host your meetings. Seems promising – we can’t wait to visit!
