Pick your spot on the beach, and the waiters will perch a table and chairs ready for your lunch. Choose your fish (depending on the season) and how you’d like it cooked and it will be prepared for you. However, fish isn’t their only speciality. Try their Lebanese mezze side dishes and you’ll be just as impressed, with the tastiest fattouch and spicy potatoes, batata harra, we have ever tried.
From locals, to tourists, Safa Assaf provides more than just lunch, but rather a relaxing afternoon with nothing but the ocean view and sounds disrupting the silence. Alcohol is also provided and at very affordable prices indeed. A full meal with sides, fish, alcohol and tea and coffee will set you back a reasonable 40,000 LBP per head.
