Our physical well being stimulates our mental stability and peace of mind. The session ends with 10 minutes of relaxation.
About the instructor
Nicole Farah traveled to South India where she believed she could learn the core culture of Yoga and received her Teacher’s Training certificate in Hatha yoga.
