A challenge that consists of various physical activities where challengers will be setting records and winners will be awarded.
Lifestyles members are invited to participate in the Boot Camp challenge to score their best record in:
1) 2 laps run
2) Push ups
3) Knees up jumping
4) Raised barbell jogging
5) V ups
6) Stairs hand walking
7) Froggers
8) Box jumping
9) Duck walking
10) Barbell biceps / Shoulder press ups
11) 2 laps run
Men 20 repetitions
Women 15 repetitions
Records will be recorded by Lifestyles gym instructors.
Three prizes will be presented to the best records in each of the male and female categories.
