Who runs Bob’s Vintage?

This shop is actually not new. It’s been in the game since 1985 under the name Mahallat Bob before it recently. changed to Bob’s Vintage. It’s run by Walid Houry, along with his son Bob Houry, who are often behind the counter, ready to welcome you and tell you all the amazing stories behind their treasures.

Note that Bob’s Vintage and Hamra Vintage are two different businesses. Hamra Vintage has since moved to Bliss Street, and you can find the exact location by clicking here.

Is there vintage collection worth it?

From an impressive collection of digital cameras (that still work, we tried them) to original Ziad Rahbani vinyls to typewriters, the shop is filled with so many things that you’ll find yourself browsing their shelves for hours on end.

Where should you start looking?

We recommend asking Walid and Bob about the coolest items in their collection. They’ll happily show you their most precious finds. In fact, some of these gems aren’t even for sale due to their rarity and value!
