1. Seeing your best friend after a long summer vacation

Nothing is scarier than getting caught in the battlefield of hungry middle schoolers. Nothing.

Is there anything better than a leaning tower of labneh with a soggy khyara?

4. Flexing your new post-summer haircut

New school year, new me!

5. Having a free session because your teacher is absent

Wild things happened during that free session. Unspeakable things.

6. Meeting up for a make-shift 3azeeme bel cafeteria with your class

Combining all your money to go all out on lunch was one of our favorite memories.

7. Being called out of class because your parents came to pick you up early

BIGGEST flex. You were the talk of the town. Why did you leave early? What happened? Why are your parents so cool?

8. Buying brand new stationery

These erasers were the coolest thing you could have in your pencil case. Some cool kids had the scented ones too.

9. Collectively struggling with 2e3rab during Arabic class

We’re not sure who invented this torture method but it wasn’t so bad when everyone else in class was struggling with it too.

10. Posing for school pictures
