1. Tabbouleh
Mafi abel w mafi ba3ed. Tabbouleh will forever be the best Lebanese dish. Delicious. Zesty. Filling. AND it goes with everything.
2. Hummos
You know something is good when white people try to make flavored versions of it, like chocolate-flavored hommos. We’ll also never forget the hummos-flavored condoms.
3. Batata 7arra
If you like French fries more than batata 7arra, exit this article immediately. Seek help.
4. Mjaddara
Mjaddara is good, argue with the wall. You can never go wrong with mjaddara. Full of all the 7adeed you need and it’s super easy to make.
5. Mloukhiye
Do people pretend to hate mloukhiye? It is impossible to hate this delicious dish, and it’s especially perfect for this weather. It tastes best when it’s made by teta on a rainy day.
6. Falafel
People are so obsessed with shawarma sandwiches that they forget about this tasty classic: falafel.
7. Hindbeh
A much slept-on classic. Topped with crispy onions and PACKED with vitamins and minerals, this dish reigns supreme.
8. Fasoulya b lahme
We’re going to go ahead and label this the greatest comfort stew to ever exist.
9. Sawda
The texture, the taste, the smell – a 10/10 in our books. Whether raw or cooked, this is one of our favorite dishes EVER because it reminds us of our family.
10. Manouche
Hands down the best breakfast, lunch, or dinner meal to ever exist. You can enjoy it on-the-go, you can have it wrapped, it can be vegetarian or vegan or loaded with meat. THE PERFECT WRAP.
