Beirut International Bookfair Is Back In 2022, After 3 Year Hiatus
Wonderful news this stormy Wednesday morning as we share that Beirut’s international book fair will be returning to the city for its 63rd annual event this upcoming March!
The book lovers’ event had been paused for three years due to the economic, political, and health conditions that had overtaken the country.
Year after year, this wonderful cultural event brought together more than 200 Lebanese and Arab publishing houses, drawing in hundreds of thousands of visitors and happy readers.
The Fair is set to take place between March 3 – 13 at Beirut’s seaside arena (previously known as BIEL) that was significantly affected by the August 4 explosion. Share this news with your fellow bookworms!
