1. Musée Henry BB, Batroun


7 months ago, Lebanese collector Henry Loussian has opened his house in Batroun to the public, transforming it into a museum made of vintage pieces and accessories collected from Beirut’s old houses.


2. Aram Bezikian, Byblos


Also known as “Aram Bezikian Museum”, this place of memory commemorates the Armenian genocide through real historical pictures, documentaries, and sculptures.


3. Gibran Khalil Gibran Museum, Bsharri


Personal belongings of Lebanese novelist and poet Khalil Gebran, including his furniture, manuscripts, and 400 paintings, have all been transferred from his New York studio to this museum, which formerly was a monastery from the 7th century.


4. MIM Museum MIM Museum, Beirut


This private mineral museum displays a huge unique collection of more than 2000 minerals with fabulous geometric shapes and colors, collected from 70 countries around the world.


5. Mémoire du Temps , Jbeil


Located at the old souk of Byblos and founded 80 years ago, this small place called “Memory of Time” presents to you a big collection of fish fossils dating back millions of years.


6. Expo Hakel, Hakel


Another Lebanese museum of fossilized fish that is located in the heart of Hakel village. Besides being a museum, Expo Hakel is a site for hiking, camping, and fossil excavation.


7. Musée Du Savon, Saida


This soap factory dating back to the 17th century was transformed into a museum by the Audi family. It showcases classic and innovative handmade soap bars and introduces visitors to the history and methods of soap making in the middle east.


8. MACAM, Aalita


Located on a green hill with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean, The Modern and Contemporary Art Museum, owned and operated by a Lebanese NGO, displays various contemporary art sculptures created by local artists.


9. Khan Sacy, Saida


This small renovated museum preserves the past of Sidon city as it is nestled in a historical palace whose rooms date back to the Crusader and Mamluks periods.
