The Ice Cream Tart You’ve Got To Try In Beirut

Do you love delicate French pastries AND ice cream? We’re happy to share that a local artisanal ice cream maker is turning some of our favorite desserts into ice cream filled creations!



Headed up by the pastry master chef Charles Azar, Le Flocon welcomes customers in their Achrafieh and Naccache branches where they serve up some of the most inventive and delicious desserts out there.



Arabic sweet lovers will love the individual portion “mafroukeh glace,” a twist on the classic pistachio filled dessert.



While chocolate and tart lovers can enjoy a decadent and delicious tarte glacée chocolat caramel – an ice cream tart topped with toffee and caramel.



Other fantastic minis include their iconic fraisier, which takes the classic strawberry cake to new levels.
