Hip Hop Workshop with Unity Moves
Unity Moves is back for a day of Hip Hop with Christiana, all the way from Munich (Germany) representing Riddim Danschool (managed by Kimbo Tran)!
“My style is a mixture of Hip Hop and based on groove, technique and the overall spreading of good energy! I start off with stretching, groove and isolation, and then begin teaching choreography.”
The class is intermediate, but the level will adapt to the group of movers that turn up. Regardless, this workshop is open to all levels! It may be easier for some to keep up than others, but what is important is that we all move and groove together and learn from one another! As always, we suggest taking both sessions to embody the style.
