Starting Tuesday, April 22, 2025, a new public bus line will begin operating, connecting the Bekaa region directly to Beirut. This new route runs from Chtaura in Bekaa to Cola in Beirut, offering a much-needed public transport option for commuters and travelers between these key areas.
This expansion is part of Lebanon’s ongoing efforts to improve its public transport network, following the successful launch of several bus routes in Beirut and its suburbs since July 2024. The new Bekaa line will provide a reliable, affordable, and comfortable way for passengers to travel between the Bekaa Valley and the capital.
