The Zeituna: A Stunning Brand Inspired By Lebanon’s Olive Trees

It all started with an olive and a love for Lebanese soil. Lebanese designer Tia Najjar transformed her love for her roots and created a stunning brand called The Zeituna to reflect a connection to the land and its heritage.

A Love Story Passed Down Through Generations

The story began with Tia Najjar’s great grandfather, Jiddo Kaissar, who planted olive trees in their village years ago. Those trees became a symbol of love and connection to the land that inspired Tia and her brand.

Tia moved closer to the day3a and lived amongst the olive groves, transforming a small house into her creative studio. She drew inspiration from the time she spent in solitude, surrounded by stunning Lebanese landscapes that helped her create her collection.

Just two months later, during the olive harvest season, she launched her first collection of silk scarves for The Zeituna.

Creating Designs Born from the Land

The first collection features soft, luxurious shawls adorned with hand-drawn olive designs. Each piece is like a painting, with the finest details—colors, shades, and illustrations that tell a story.

Inspired by the olive harvest season and the natural beauty of the village, each shawl has its own unique character, crafted with exquisite attention to detail.

Their simple yet elegant designs are so easy to fall in love with, especially knowing they’re deeply connected to Lebanese heritage.
