This Jnoubi Chef Is Stealing Hearts With His Traditional Recipes

While we all enjoy a simple recipe now and then, its the traditional Lebanese dishes that are the most impressive to execute. Husen Fayad is a Jnoubi chef who garnered a huge following on Instagram because every classic Lebanese dish he prepares is a work of art.

Originally from South Lebanon, Husen followed his passion to France, where he studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. When he returned to Lebanon, he applied everything he learned to refine classic dishes we all know and love.

Honestly, his videos are so easy to follow that it has us thinking we could replicate his dishes. Not that we couldn’t make it taste good…we’re just not that confident that they would look THAT good.

His family runs a beloved Lebanese restaurant in South Lebanon called Arch Almoulouk, which is known for its traditional dishes. The restaurant has become a local favorite, offering a true taste of Lebanese hospitality and home-cooked meals.
