If this isn’t the most Lebanese way to celebrate a wedding, then we don’t know what is. This adorable Lebanese couple celebrated their wedding in the cutest way possible—by hitting the slopes of Mzaar Kfardebian!
Mario and Catherina decided that a traditional wedding ceremony with a zaffeh just wasn’t going to cut it this year. Their shared love for the Lebanese ski season and its snowy peaks inspired them to hold a memorable ceremony, all geared up and hitting the slopes in a black suit and wedding dress.
The couple arrived on the ski lift while onlookers threw handfuls of snow (instead of rice) to celebrate before the two started skiing down the mountain.

Wedding guests quickly followed and captured their special moments on video, which quickly started circulating on social media.

This might just be the coolest Lebanese wedding we’ve seen so far. Congratulations, Mario and Catherina!
