After the Beirut Chocolate created a buzz on social media, another Lebanese chef stepped in to create Lebanon Chocolate—a chocolate bar with flavors inspired by nine Lebanese cities.
Chef Alawiya drew inspiration from his love for Lebanon and its cities, giving the Dubai and Beirut chocolate an upgrade that celebrates the diverse flavors of the entire country.
Here are the available flavors:
Beirut Chocolate – baklewa and cashews
Tariq Jdeede Chocolate – knefeh and halewe
Bekaa Chocolate – knefeh and Lotus
Baalbek Chocolate – Arabic coffee and cornflake crunch
Jnoub Chocolate – knefeh and almonds
Sour Chocolate – cheesecake
Old Saida Chocolate – cotton candy and strawberries
Jbeil Chocolate – cotton candy and pistachios
Tripoli Chocolate – ashta
And the Dahye Chocolate will be dropping soon! Can you guess the flavor?
