Did We Just Find the Crispiest Fried Chicken Joint in Lebanon?

Fried chicken lovers, we might have found the crispiest fried chicken joint in Lebanon.

KUKU Chix Joint is a newly opened spot in Khalde for fried chicken lovers who can’t resist the crunch. Here are our takeaways from this new spot and why you should put it in your foodie rotation.

On their menu: fried chicken heaven

Their menu is no joke, filled with so many fried chicken options that you might have some trouble choosing. But in case you’re planning to stop by, this is what you should definitely try:

Their most popular dish:

2 KUKU’s Chix ($8) – generous portions of perfectly seasoned Nashville fried chicken, served with their signature dipping sauce.

For spicy burger lovers:

Nasty ($9) – batter-fried chicken topped with iceberg, dill pickles, melted cheddar and American cheese, honey bunny and spicy samurai sauce.

Fries lovers and messy eaters:

Healers ($9.5) – crispy fries mixed with batter-fried chicken, Cavatappi pasta, lots of cheese, crispy onions, seasoned crisps, and their honey bunny and ranch sauce.

Their decor: hit or miss?

Their decor is actually adorable, and you can’t miss this spot while driving by—there’s a giant chicken right up front.

But if you’re looking for a place where you can sit down and enjoy your food, this might not be the best spot to do it. Even though they have a few places to sit, it’s better for when you’re looking for a quick bite or you want to grab something to-go.

Final verdict

Fried chicken lovers should definitely give this joint a try. It’s perfect for when you’re craving something extra crunchy but you’re not too picky about chowing down on food that tastes best when eaten with your hands.

We highly recommend going with a group of friends and sharing your orders—their meals are seriously heavy. Unless you go for a classic burger or wrap, you won’t be able to finish your meal on your own.

And don’t worry about the chicken; they get it from Hawa Chicken.

For more information, make sure to check out their Instagram! They’re open from Tuesday until Sunday from 1 PM until 1 AM. And in case you’re bad with directions, click here for the location in Khalde.
