This Lebanese Couple Had a Squid Game-Themed Zaffeh

A Squid Game-themed wedding zaffeh was definitely not on our 2025 bingo card, but here we are. This Lebanese couple skipped the traditional zaffeh and drew inspiration from the popular South Korean thriller, Squid Game.

Here’s a sneak peak at what their zaffeh looked like:

In the video, you can see the Pink Soldiers, also known as the Masked Men, dancing to the viral Mingle Game song and performing a traditional Lebanese dabke. The zaffeh was organized by Daloona, a group known for elevating the Lebanese tradition into an extravagant show.

While their Squid Game-themed performance takes the cake, they’ve also done a Lebanese rendition of Swan Lake and Mayyas-inspired performances.

It’s safe to say this couple’s favorite show is Squid Game. Let’s just hope they didn’t force the guests to play any of the games…
