Football Tournament to Raise Funds for Celine Haidar’s Recovery

To help young athlete Celine Haidar’s recovery after suffering severe injuries from an enemy airstrike on Beirut’s Chiyah area, her friends have organized a football tournament to raise funds to cover her medical expenses and recovery.

Game On For Celine will be taking place on December 8, 2024. Football teams can join the tournament by paying a $100 entry fee, with the winning team taking home a $400 prize.

Those who wish to participate can reach out to Nour (+961 76 112 828) and/or Jad (+961 76 445 928). All funds raised will go directly to her family to help cover her medical expenses and support her recovery.

Haidar’s family and friends also started a campaign in her honor. The donations will not only support her recovery but also help provide basic necessities for those displaced by the war.
