Beloved Fries Lab Promises to Come Back Stronger to Dahye

Dahye’s beloved Fries Lab, known for its delicious burgers and messy fries, shared a TikTok video capturing the destruction of their shop as a result of the recent airstrikes.

Despite the devastation, the owner expressed gratitude for their safety and vowed to rebuild. “We will come back to Dahye,” he said, showing photos of the destruction. For now, Fries Lab operates a cloud kitchen in the capital.

So, let’s tell you a little bit about Fries Lab and our experience at this awesome joint!

Soon after this spot opened a few years ago, I visited it to try out their colorful selection of burgers. At the time, they only had a handful of options, like the signature Project X and Code R.E.D burgers.

For messy eaters, this was THE place to be in Dahye. It was a fun food stop for hungry groups of friends who wanted to satisfy their burger cravings with something filling, juicy, and doused in sauce. Since our last visit, their menu grew, and so did the loyal Fries Lab enjoyers.

Your order came with the crispiest batch of fries. You could have smothered in sauce or served with the sauce on the side as a dip.

Now featuring boneless burgers, sandwiches, and animal fries, Fries Lab offers even more delicious options. My personal favorite addition is the Zoro burger, inspired by none other than Pirate Hunter Roronoa Zoro from One Piece.

If this isn’t your new favorite burger, I don’t know what to tell you.

We’re not only happy to have experienced Fries Lab in the heart of buzzing Dahye, but also grateful to have met the amazing team behind it. As soon as they reopen, better than ever, the Beirut.com team will be the first to visit.

For now, you can make orders via Toters. They’re delivering all over Beirut! Make sure to drop them a follow on Instagram and show them some love.
