Cookie Bites: A Small Business Satisfying Big Cravings

We recently tried a new cookie business that opened only a few weeks ago, and we’re reporting back with an honest review. Cookie Bites is a small business making gourmet cookies with premium ingredients, so we had to test it out ourselves.

Packaging and presentation

Setting aside our obsession with all things packaged in pink, our order was neatly presented. The box containing the cookies was thick and sturdy, conserving freshness and ensuring the cookies arrived in perfect condition.

Each cookie was individually wrapped, adding an extra touch of care. The clean, minimalist design of the packaging matched the quality of the treats inside, making the unboxing experience just as delightful as the cookies themselves.

As for the cookie jar, it came in a durable, thick plastic container with a screw-on cap that kept the cookies fresh. The jar featured a sticker on the side showcasing the business logo and the name of the cookies inside. Simple yet adorable packaging.

Overall taste

Our order included: OG Bliss, Matcha Magic, Double Choco, and Red Velvet cookies, as well as an additional cookie jar containing bite-sized red velvet cookies.

Starting off with the bite-sized red velvet cookies that were stored in the cookie jar, they were quite fresh. The best part is that they’re not overwhelmingly sweet, and they’re great to snack on! Chances are, you’ll finish the whole container before you know it…

Each bite was as satisfying as the first, with a pleasing chewiness that complemented the perfectly balanced sweetness. Breaking the cookies in half revealed a rich, gooey center. What surprised us the most was the Matcha Magic! We had two people sample it: one who had never tried matcha before and another who was quite familiar with it. Both gave it positive feedback!

Our rating: 8/10 – we think we would rate them higher if we actually heated them (which the instructions say is possible!)
