Some of you may have forgotten about this 2020 interview with Michele Morrone, but we’re revisiting it as a gentle reminder. The Italian actor went viral for his role as Massimo in the controversial film ‘365 Days,’ but did you know he speaks Lebanese Arabic?
In an interview with the co-founder and former Global President of Huda Beauty, Mona Kattan, Morrone revealed that he spoke some Lebanese Arabic and proceeded to demonstrate his skills. And honestly, we have to admit that his accent is pretty good!
We think this is because he was married to Lebanese fashion designer and stylist Rouba Saadeh from 2014 until 2018. According to her LinkedIn, Saadeh has been working with designer Elie Saab since 2019 and is currently the manager for his ready-to-wear studio. She also studied at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan, so we’re guessing that’s when she met Morrone.
