3 Places That Reopened in Beirut (So Far)

So many new places have opened in Beirut this summer, but we’re also happy that some of the city’s favorites are making a comeback. Here are 3 places that reopened in Beirut so far, and we’ll make sure to keep you updated on any more businesses making a comeback!

1. Maryool, Saifi

The beloved Lebanese eatery opened in Mar Mikhael back in 2017 with a wonderful concept. Their contemporary twists on hearty Lebanese dishes made this gem stand out, and we’re happy to see it back – but this time in Saifi!

You’ll notice that their new location comes with a new look that combines both tradition and modernity – which is what Maryool is all about! And it perfectly fits the Saifi vibe. Our favorite thing about it is the I LOVE YOU YA HMAR painted on their wall inside.

2. Enab Beirut, Mar Mikhael

Who remembers the charm of Enab Beirut in the heart of Mar Mikhael? Created for the love of Lebanese food and lifestyle, the Beirut-based restaurant branched out across the Middle East with locations in Dubai, Egypt, Kuwait, and more.

You can revisit those great moments and exceptional dishes at this Beirut gem because it reopened its original location after closing their doors for a while! You can go back to enjoying family lunches and get-togethers with friends over a delicious Lebanese bite.

3. Le Petit Café, Downtown Beirut

The iconic Le Petit Café celebrated 40 years of Lebanese culinary tradition with a rebrand and new location in Downtown Beirut! Reimagined to reflect the vibrant capital city, the restaurant boasts bits and pieces of Beirut in its decor and seating.

Indulge in your favorite dishes, whether it’s a hearty Lebanese breakfast or traditional mezza. And make sure you browse their selection of drinks, which includes a variety of classic and signature cocktails.

Apart from these iconic places that reopened in the city, Beirut Souks is also making a comeback with 45+ places! Click here to find out what to expect.
