Street Artist Fills The Streets Of Boston With Fairuz Tune

Fairuz’s angelic voice resonates across the Arab world, and even globally, where you can find her echoing through the streets of foreign cities. This time, the tune of Bektob Esmak Ya Habibi took over the streets of Boston through the bell of this street artist’s saxophone, as captured in a video posted by tour guide Rami Zeineddine.

This street artist has set up cardboard adorned with flags from different countries. He determines the nationality of passersby and plays a song he knows from their home country—insanely impressive, given that the cardboard boasts well over 100 flags.

The talented saxophonist reportedly excels at guessing people’s nationalities just by looking at them. If you’re Lebanese and living in Boston, you can find him on the corner of Fairfield and Boylston. You might even test it out yourself and see if he can correctly guess your nationality!
