Paws And Poses: This Studio Is Offering Puppy Yoga In Lebanon!
This is not a drill. There’s a yoga studio in Lebanon that is offering puppy yoga sessions, and we have not been this excited since…well, ever.
Located in Zahle, Move by Yara is a studio offering a variety of classes focused on meditation, stretching, and breath work. This spot hosts a community of yoga lovers, from beginners to seasoned yogis who love everything about their intimate class experience. From outdoor to candlelit to techno yoga, the studio always manages to keep their community on its toes (or in their mountain pose…is this a good yoga joke? I don’t know anything about yoga).
If you’ve been looking for a sign to take a yoga class, then their puppy yoga classes are exactly that. It’s just a regular, relaxing yoga class…but with puppies. Meaning the cutest little pups will be keeping you company while you’re attempting to perfect your poses, which makes the experience all the better.
This is kind of taking the downward dog pretty seriously, but we’re all for it. We’re hoping they don’t consider the pigeon pose, though.
