Beirut’s Iconic Skybar to Reopen After 3 Years Of Closure

One of the spots widely credited with putting Beirut’s nightlife on the map, some of you will be happy to hear that Skybar is re-opening its doors to welcome party-goers after three years of sitting out the summer season.

In a teaser posted on their pages, the iconic club posted a question mark captioned “Did you hear?”

Naturally, the post was met with intense enthusiasm from nightlife lovers and Skybar fans. While no specific opening date has been set, many are speculating that the club will be open in time for Eid el Adha at the end of June. Alongside the rumored 2 million expats and visitors heading to Lebanon this summer, this is but another confirmation that this summer in Lebanon is set to be a bustling one.

In May of 2015, the club suffered a fire that destroyed three quarters of the space, resulting in its immediate shut down. Since closing down shop in Lebanon, the club has seen immense popularity in Dubai.

Skybar remains perched on Beirut’s New Waterfront, on the rooftop of the O1NE Building.
