Calling all knefeh lovers who are on the lookout for their next sweet adventure. A new kiosk in Sodeco, Kanaf is upgrading our favorite sweet with all the fun toppings, and even grilling it 3al fa7em for a truly unique flavor.

Those looking to exercise their tastebuds with a new experience need to expand their knefeh horizons. After trying knefeh 3al saj and knefeh-flavored cookies, it’s time we change things up with something 3al fa7em.

Their most famous item is their pistachio knefeh, a hearty portion of cheese-topped knefe with chunks of pistachio.

And of course, don’t forget the toppings, whether you’re in the mood for extra crushed pistachios on top, a drizzle of chocolate, a scoop of ice cream, or all three!
