Intikhapet: The Adorable Pet Elections Taking Over Instagram
Finally, a group of candidates that won’t lie to you.
Intikhapet 2022 is Lebanon’s second pet election, scouring the land for the goodest boys and girls out there. Using honest campaign slogans, adorable photos, and transparent polling methods, the pets of Lebanon have taken to Instagram for a bid to win this electoral season.
Allow us to shed light on some strong candidates:
Mr. Vincent Vega is running on an anti-spaying and neutering platform, also promising all pups three daily walks should he be elected.
Mr. Scar promises to restore cats’ images as divine symbols, much like the days of the Ancient Egyptians:
Here is Mr. Snowy, “barking against injustice”.
The seriously adorable Mr. Bino is running on an admirable health and safety platform:
As with any election, there are always a few bad seeds. Ms. Knefe can be seen bribing voters with a visit to Hallab should she win.
