This holiday season, if you are able to, you may want to give back to the community and to those who have been majorly affected by Lebanon’s dire circumstances.
We have rounded up several initiatives conducted by charities and NGOs for you to choose from.

1. Beit El Baraka Donate any amount with Beit El Baraka’s Christmas cards. Ask for e-cards if you’re residing outside Lebanon or visit their Beirut offices to pick them up. Beit el Baraka has helped rehab so many homes and businesses that were damaged during the August 4 explosion, they also offer financial and food assistance to those in need.
2. Baytna Baytak Fun and cheerful fundraising events are being held every week with Baytna Baytak!
They provide socio-economic and cultural aid.
3. Lebanese Food Bank The Lebanese Food Bank is on its annual mission to distribute gifts and draw smiles on children’s face. You can donate on this
link. They are an incredible organization that is working towards making sure no one goes hungry.
4. Ajialouna Ajialouna is collaborating with Zaituna Bay this season to bring you the magical Christmas Factory Theater! Buy your tickets from any branch for Librarie Antoine. Ajialouna has paved the way to help thousands of families across Lebanon fight poverty.
5. Ashgalouna Center Beautifully hand crafted towels by amazingly skilled women! Support local and shop a variety of towels with different holiday designs. Ashghalouna hosts workshops to give people skills they can monetize.
6. Nusaned Established in May of 2020, this incredible organization supports under-served communities to become self-sustaining by offering access to food security, building shelter and providing ongoing opportunities for productive economies. You can donate to them at their center in Mar Mikhael.
7. Arcenciel This christmas, arcencielfrance, arcenciel’s French partner, is organizing a fundraising campaign in France and Europe to support the NGO in Lebanon. Donate
