Pizza Hut Is Shutting Down In Lebanon
International fast food pizza joint Pizza Hut has announced that it will be shutting its stores in Lebanon and bidding the country farewell.
Back in February of 2020, there was much speculation about the pizza spot closing down after it had to shut down operations for several days due to the “lack of essential ingredients” due to the economic crisis.
In a post shared on their Instagram account, Pizza Hut announced this closure and prompted followers to share their #PizzaHutMemories stating that they will “hold on to these memories until we make new ones”.
Our hearts go out to all the Pizza Hut employees who now have to deal with unemployment in a brutal economy.
Pizza Hut joins hundreds of other restaurants and international chains that have paid the price for an unrelenting economic crisis.
