The popular Lebanese restaurant
Barbar is set to open the first of several branches across GCC in Dubai, on Hessa Street to be exact. The restaurant will span over an impressive 600 square meter space, open for both delivery and dine-in.
Also on the horizon for the brand is branches in Saudi Arabia and Qatar over the next year and a half.
This comes at a time in which Lebanon is going through a horrific economic and financial crisis, one that has left businesses and citizens desperate and has no seeming end in sight.
Barbara first launched in Lebanon in 1979 as a small bakery in Hamra. It quickly expanded to several locations and started to serve up some of the country’s most loved sandwiches, platters, juices, and pastries.
