4 Independent Candidates Win At Rafic Hariri University Elections
The roll of victories for independent candidates in student council elections continues.
After independent student candidates emerged victoriously at the Lebanese American University elections, another record-breaking result at Rafic Hariri University took place with independent students winning 4 seats out of 9.
This gives us hope in coming generations and shows how political factions are slowly but surely losing legitimacy in Lebanon.
The next student elections taking place are at the American University of Beirut, and hopefully, the results will be similar.
