Macron To Meet Fairuz Upon Arriving To Lebanon
According to Arabic newspaper Al Hadath, a presidential source from Paris has stated that French President Emmanuel Macron will start his trip to Lebanon by meeting the iconic singer Fairouz.
Not exactly the type of meetings we thought he’d be having but we’re not against it.
President Macron had previously visited Lebanon following the devastating Beirut blast on August 4th, and will be coming back on September 1st to follow up on the ruling class’ progress on forming a new government and implementing crucial reforms.
A major icon of unity in Lebanon, Fairouz could be exactly what Lebanon needs during this critical time!
