Mike Sport Closes All Branches Until Further Notice
Another piece of upsetting economic news this morning as it truly becomes a whirlwind of a situation in Lebanon.

Local sporting goods store Mike Sport has announced through an Instagram post that they will be closing down all their branches until further notice.
“#WeAreHereToStay Because we always aim to protect our customers rights & maintain our brand’s mission, All Mikesport branches will be closed until further notice,” the post reads.
This announcement appears to be a form of strike against the ever increasing price of the dollar which has made it impossible for companies to price their goods at a profit due to the dwindling value of the Lebanese Lira.
It is unclear what the state’s economic plan is at this moment in time.
