It’s official! Lebanese singer Hiba Tawaji will be the voice of Princess Jasmine in the dubbed French version of the new Aladdin film!
Earlier this month, Tawaji took to her social media to announce the big news, and we’ve been super excited ever since.

The talented vocalist was introduced by the president of Walt Disney in France after a screening of the premiere in Le Grand Rex theatre in Paris.
She then performed two songs from the film, “Speechless” and “Ce Rêve bleu”, which were met by the audience with a huge ovation.
Tawaji’s participation in Disney’s biggest production of the year is not to be taken lightly and is only a channel for what is yet to come. Mabrouk!
