O&C, we love you, but ginger goes on the SIDE. It is meant to cleanse your palate between eating different pieces of sushi, otherwise, it’s served before or after your meal – never in a wrap, ever. If you wanna go wild, O&C even has a sushi wrap with octopus, mango, avocado, and tartar sauce. Yum???

On the menu, these sushi rolls are described as “Shredded Phyllo Rolls”. Some have foie gras in them. Would you try them? We would much rather have the traditional Osmalliyeh with sugary syrup at a Lebanese sweets shop.
