You wouldn’t expect to find one of the best grilled salmon filets in Broumana at the beautiful Grand Hills Hotel & Spa’s own restaurant, Pool Café. The salmon is perfectly cooked and served with a side of creamy spinach, baby potatoes, and citrus dressing. The spinach was my choice of buttery dressing.

The Salmon & Couscous “main act” is one of my regular orders at Bar Tartine (that and the Mozzarella Eggplant toasted ciabatta). The salmon steak is paired with steamed vegetables, fluffy couscous, and the most delicious lobster bisque sauce. Always ask for more sauce!

5. Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon at The Beazbee

7. Marinated Salmon on Ice at Le Sushi Bar

9. Salmon (and Tuna) Ceviche at Gilt

The Ceviche at Gilt comes in 3s. You get a Tuna Tartar, a Salmon Tartar, and a Guacamole-esque Tartar. It’s one of my favourite fresh dishes at Gilt in Saifi Downtown Beirut. On another note, desserts are always changing so it’s fun to visit this lux restaurant and try something new each time 😉
