Miss Lebanon to Compete in Miss Universe 2012

In a battle as old as time, women from all around the globe will be paraded around half-naked so that men and women can judge them on their appearance and personality. I wonder what Marx would say.

Miss Lebanon joins the masses in Miss Universe’s 61st competition this December, frolicking in national garb and singing the songs of her people. Okay, so I don’t actually know what she’s doing, but I’m pretty sure she isn’t going to win. Not to be pessimistic or anything, but I wasn’t all that impressed by her. Do you think she has a chance of winning?

My inner Arab is telling me yes. My outer logic says no. But then again, if she goes all Miss Congeniality on us I’m totally going to be a fan.. *sob* …. World Peace!
